Sony Pictures Entertainment, the company that released the This Is It, opened The Hot Ticket, a special division for the release of documentary films that discuss about a singer with a musical concert series. As a film first released, Sony chose one of music's most popular divas in the world, Celine Dion, and package into Celine: Through The Eyes of the World.
Like the motto given by The Hot Ticket, "If you can not be there, be here", which intends to bring the atmosphere of watching a concert to direct the fans who can not attend the concert favorite artist, Celine: Through the Eyes of the World also provides many appearances when the diva on stage.
